It is a scam company
It is a scam company. They sell tickets without all the full information about means of transportation. Even they admit that their webside might be missleading they don't reimbourse the tickets.
It's also not possible to submit an official complaint.
I strongly disadvice you to use this platform. You will loose money.

OMIO went above and beyond
OMIO went above and beyond for me.

I booked an Advanced Single ticket and unfortunately 2 hours before the train departure time, I had to postpone my trip.

I read the conditions and re-booked the same trip in a few days time.

I reached out to customer service with a request to cancel the first trip and refund what they could. I knew fees would be involved and I'd lose out on money as I didn't protect myself, however, I received a full refund for my first trip! Totally unexpected.

The customer service was quick, friendly and efficient.

No Concerns Here!
I want to start with the fact that I couldn't be any happier with the customer service I received via email from Omio (Rome2rio). Based on my experience when I sent emails to Omio or Rome2rio, the response time seemed to depend on what time it was when I sent it and, maybe, their business hours. I'm not sure. You will receive an automated response letting you know your request has been received and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. I booked my train ticket using the Rome2rio website so when I wanted to send an email to them with a question, I emailed Rome2rio. Please note, Rome2rio will, in all likelihood, direct you to send an email about your booking to Omio so I would just email Omio. The reason is explained further in my email. One response from a person to an email took six hours. Another response from a person, took four minutes! Keep in mind timing is everything. Once I decided the time I wanted to travel and how many changes of train I was willing to do, it was a snap to order my train ticket. The e-ticket was emailed to me right away as well as my invoice showing in detail the charges for the total amount I paid for my ticket. A description of how to understand what is written on your ticket was also included. My e-ticket is in the German language. The instructions to understand what is written on the ticket, was in English. After I ordered my ticket using my laptop, I downloaded the Rome2rio app. I couldn't find my booking on the app so I emailed Rome2rio. I received a reply from a person within six hours. I learned that while the Rome2rio app can still be used to book tickets, I can't actually see my bookings as the app only has booking functions. I need to use the Omio app to look at my bookings. Rome2rio and Omio merged. I downloaded the Omio app, typed in my booking number and could see my trip information. The next email I wrote, this time directly to Omio, was because I wanted to know if my credit card would be charged in Euros or the currency of my country. I asked because my invoice showed the amount in Euros. The website showed the total amount in Canadian dollars. I definitely needed to know that so I used the right credit card to avoid a foreign currency transaction fee. The reply to my email was about the same length of time as the first one. It's that timing thing again. I learned charges to your credit card are in the currency of your country. Yay!!! I replied to that email thanking the customer service rep for their help and the detailed explanation. I got a response from that person four, yes four, minutes after I sent my email. This is why I think the time difference from my country to where Omio is, Berlin, makes a difference in response times. I know there is a telephone number you can call. Maybe their call centre is open 24/7 so you would get help quicker. In my case, I wasn't in a rush to get answers. Now that I have all the information I need to make a decision to book more train tickets on the Omio website, will I? You bet!!! Thanks Omio (Rome2rio) for your clear and concise replies to my emails.

The bus from hell
I would like to start off by saying if I rate this a 0 star I would. The bus was supposed to leave at 11:35 am and was late 2.5 hours. I received a text message from the company and when I tried to reply there was no response. I tried to call and get a hold of someone and was not successful. The bus finally got to the station and left Wroclaw at 1:55 pm. Then 20 minutes into the trip the bus pulls over on the side of the road so the passengers could have a smoke break. We had booked a 5-course medieval dinner in Prague for 7:45 pm which we showed up late. We were in seats 1 & 2 and there was no air conditioning on the bus. One of the emergency exits were blocked with clothes and luggage. I will will not use this company again. Very disappointing in the bus company and the customer service.
